Harare Giants make a come back at the Castle Lager Log
Harare Giants popularly known as Dynamos made a massive come back after several weeks of not scoring goals and making any draws.
As they continued to fight back in their third position with 39 points to race back to the first position or second which is occupied by FC Platinum and Chicken Inn FC respectively.
Match 22: Dynamos faced off with Chicken inn FC away from their home ground as the blue team was hosted in at Bourbafields stand,this past weekend on Saturday the 23rd of July.
The Harare Giants who are prominently known as Glamour boys defeated Chicken Inn three goals to nil. On the other hand Bulawayo Giants which is Highlanders hosted Bulawayo City on Sunday the 24th of July .
However Highlanders FC’s derby with Chicken inn FC, had the absence of their vice captain Nqobizitha Masuku.
Highlanders’ midfielder left Zimbabwe for the United Arab Emirate,three days before his team mates hosted Bulawayo City.
Masuku is having trials at Al Rams FC who play in the UAE 2nd tier football league.
Despite the absence of Highlanders FC’s Vice Captain, ‘Amahlolamnyama’ as they are well known managed to win the derby as the scored 1 goal to nil .
Godfrey Makaruse scored the goal in 11 minutes,when the match began .
