Fayth M Billed For The Official TV Series Soundtrack Production…

Zimbabwean professional vocalist, singer and songwriter Tatenda Faith Mujee popularly known as Fayth M partnered with PlayAfrikaTV (PAtv) for the official Chisara Series soundtrack production.

The partnership will see the development of the first PAtv original, Chisara series, official soundtrack to be used for the first season of the series. The series is a marriage of great minds, that saw the the story creation by Timothy Mukandatsama of Mukandatsama films and the production being handled by InHouse Media with producer/director Kuda Bwititi. Zambezi Motion Pictures are also part of the Executive Producers involved in creating the first 263AfricaMedia powered Play Afrika TV Original Series.

Fayth is an artist who cannot be confined to a certain genre but allows herself to be as expressive as she can be in any genre even though she has deep love for Afro fusions both vocals and the beats.

Speaking to this publication, Fayth said she feels grateful to be part of the development.

“Zimbabwe has a lot great artists and for me to be the chosen one for this project I honestly feel honored and humbled as well. I am feeling very excited and nervous as well; I want to give this partnership my very best.”

“I believe this partnership is just one door that is going to lead me to many greater doors. Therefore the goal is to work from the heart respecting the trust that has been bestowed on my craft. I truly hope my voice will leave a stamp on the project and bring out the best on it,” said Fayth.

Canadian-based Zimbabwean Nico Abote, executive director for Play Afrika TV said Fayth is an incredible all-rounder musical artiste.

“Magic is created when collaborations are in harmony with the music they create, for us, this is one that will carry us through the hope we only have with all that is going on around us, and we need each other more than before.

“Fayth is an amazing all-rounder musical artist with rich ability to adopt into anything. We are looking forward to a beautiful song for Chisara,” he said.

Part of the deal will see the official release of the song and a music video closer to the premier of the series.
