A two hotel project deal set for development in Zimbabwe
LEVA Hotel, a dynamic lifestyle hotel concept created to offer a fresh and more accessible perspective to the hospitality industry, has through its founder and CEO, JS Anand, signed off the two projects in Zimbabwe.
The development is in partnership with a leading architecture and planning company, Troika Design Workshop (TDW). Also in collaboration is Turnbury Property Developers (TPD). The project will see construction of a LEVA four-star hotel (180 rooms) in the Mount Pleasant suburb, set to be completed in 2025.
‘In partnership with Troika Design Workshop (TDW), we introduce the LEVA Hotel Residences—a visionary 120-unit project in the Newlands suburb, Zimbabwe. This aligns with our commitment to modern, eco-friendly living spaces prioritizing comfort and sustainability.’
‘Under the leadership of Director Phillip Kudzayi, TDW is a prominent full-service consulting firm, leaving an indelible mark on Harare since 2015. Their expertise in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, and Engineering aligns seamlessly with LEVA’s commitment to sustainable architecture.’
‘Born out of TDW in 2019, Turnbury separates construction contracts and property development pursuits from core consulting operations.’
‘Together, LEVA, TDW, and Turnbury aim to set new standards in hospitality in Zimbabwe by opening these 2 hotel projects. With a shared commitment to excellence, we look forward to creating a brighter, sustainable future for the region.’
Based on the Latin word ‘levatio’, meaning comfort and solace, LEVA has an enthusiastic tribe of fans who have helped the brand’s flagship property, LEVA Mazaya Centre – Dubai, reach the number one spot on TripAdvisor just three years after opening. The hotel is an example of the brand’s ability to transform a property quickly and effectively. In only six weeks, LEVA’s team took the project from bare concrete to completion, ready to welcome its first guests.
