24 year old, Zibusiso Tshuma who is s taught visual artist based in Gwanda, Zimbabwe. 

Is showcasing a solo exhibition under the theme ‘Its the little things that matter‘.

The solo exhibition is expected to run from March the 10th until the 6th of May at the Alliance Francaise De Bulawayo. 

Zibusiso Tshuma will be exhibiting 20 pieces that he selected from the pile of 40 art pieces that he has been working on since last year for his exhibition, ‘Little Things that matter”.

In an interview with a local publication from Bulawayo, Mr Tshuma said the title for his collection was inspired by a statement from one of his high school  teachers. 

That little things play a major role in the society and should not be taken for granted. 

“One of my teachers at high school always used to say ‘take care of the little things and the bigger things will take care  of themselves,” said Tshuma (source Chronicle).

Tshuma’s art is mainly focused in human figured, representing people’s thoughts and feelings from different times and environment.  

Zibusiso might not be selling any of his products during his first solo exhibition but he will be selling them through to the eyes of the spectators.  

The Alliance  de Francaise is prominently  known for hosting, local and International  arts in Bulawayo, Harare and Victoria Falls. 

Zibusiso  is currently a resident at Bulawayo art gallery and has also showcased part of his work when he was representing his hometown Gwanda,during the annual exhibition last year at Bulawayo  National Art Gallery.
