This weekend Castle Larger Premiership Soccer fans welcomed their favourite games as they kicked off.
In the match that was played between between Bulawayo Chiefs and Ngezi Platinum, only two yellow cards were issued during the match, with each team receiving one. Ngezi Platinum had at least five attempts to score goals, the Bulawayo Chiefs had two attempts.
The first goal of the match came from Nkosinathi Ncube who was assisted by Farau Matare (Bulawayo Chiefs) in 56 mins of the match, due to a free kick whch was given to Ngezi during the 76 mins of the match . Ngezi Platinum managed to equalize the score into 1:1.
“Its a new team, the way the boys expressed themselves today expressed they steamed their authority and its things are coming up give us two, three games they (the team) will be cruising,” said Coach Lizwe Sweswe. (Bulawayo Chiefs).
Coach Lizwe further said, the team is facing strong opponents however the Bulawayo City players are doing their best and his happy with the way they played.
In addition he said, Obriel Chirinda, who played 90 minutes of the match is a striker that one needs him in a team. The match ended in a draw as both teams scored 1:1.
