A star-lineup for Zim’s Jacaranda Music Festival

October is a popular month for outdoor events, and many artists take advantage of this opportunity to maximize their exposure and income.

October is a busy month for festivals in Zimbabwe, with highlights including the Kadoma Music Festival, the Sunshine Cup, the Zimbabwe Fashion Awards, and the Stanbic Bank Jacaranda Music Festival, the largest of them all.

The Jacaranda Music festival performances will take place over three days from 6-8 October at the Old Hararians Sports Club in Harare.

The opening day features a mix of genres, with well-known artists such as Jason Le Roux, Mannex Motsi, Tamy Moyo, Those Guys Vacho, Chiwedda DJ, and Murumba Pitch taking the stage. This year’s lineup has something to offer everyone, making it a must-attend event for music lovers of all ages.

On the second day, some of the artists scheduled to perform include Ami Faku, Black Motion, Sylent Nqo, Selmor Mtukudzi, Meet N Jam with Willom Tight, Mateo and Dino Mudondo, Ex Q, Norman Masamba, Samuel Cosmic, King Her, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Vera and NicholaaZW.

At the festival’s conclusion, artists to perform include Vuyo Brown, Alexio Kawara, Sun El Musician and The Shades of Black, Judith Sephuma, Intotal Band, Blackherd, Ammara Brown, Ndlovu Youth Choir, Gary Tight and Gwevedzi.

2023 marks the sixth edition of this festival.
