The Amplifaya Creative Business Conference 2024 is poised to unite the country’s top creative visionaries, industry moguls, and business leaders for a one-day symposium focused on catapulting Zimbabwe’s creative sector to new heights. Organized by earGROUND Media and Zar Events, in collaboration with the US Embassy in Zimbabwe, the conference will take place at the 7 Arts Theatre in Avondale, Harare.

This groundbreaking event aims to converge creative minds and corporate leaders from diverse disciplines, including music, film, visual arts, dance, and fashion. The agenda focuses on forging sustainable partnerships and crafting globally competitive creative products.

Amplifaya is a dynamic convergence of Zimbabwe’s creative industries, celebrating cultural diversity to stimulate a thriving ecosystem with global appeal,” emphasized Plot Mhako from earGROUND Media.

Launched in 2022 as a music festival and professional development workshops for emerging talents, Amplifaya has grown into a comprehensive conference. Last year’s Amplifaya Mixer laid the groundwork for this year’s expanded event.

The 2024 program features keynote addresses, panel discussions, and workshops led by renowned figures in the creative and corporate sectors. Three core panels will tackle pressing issues which include building sustainable creative and private sector oartnerships, creating quality products for the international market and exploring untapped opportunities for Zimbabwean creatives
