In a groundbreaking collaboration, Miss Supranational Zimbabwe, Miss Cosmo South Africa, and Miss Teen Universe South Africa are joining forces to host the Intercountry Festival of Beauty—a three-day event that blends pageantry with philanthropy and empowerment.

A key highlight of the festival will be a charity initiative in partnership with Netball South Africa and its President, Mam Cecelia Molokwane. Together, they will support Ditsepu Secondary School by donating school shoes and netball balls, as well as engaging in a friendly netball match to inspire young students.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Miss Cosmo South Africa and Miss Teen Universe South Africa to make a positive impact in the lives of young people,” said Ntombi Gumede, Director of Miss Supranational Zimbabwe. “The Intercountry Festival of Beauty is more than just a pageant—it’s a celebration of culture, empowerment, and community.”

The festival will feature cultural performances, fashion shows, and charity events, attended by dignitaries, celebrities, and pageant enthusiasts from across the region. The winner of Miss Supranational Zimbabwe will earn the honor of representing the country at the Miss Supranational 2025 competition, while the runner-up will receive a cash prize and a modeling contract.

As the pageantry industry evolves, this initiative reflects a shift beyond beauty, embracing sports, charity, and cultural promotion. “Pageantry is no longer just about physical beauty,” Gumede added. “It’s about inspiring change, advocating for women’s empowerment, and fostering cross-cultural exchanges.”
