Ninjas add salt to the wounded glamour boys
Within a few days after the Glamour Boys faced humiliation from Highlanders FC as they failed to win the Independence Day Cup, the team has been humiliated again.
The Dynamos team had thought they will redeem themselves during their campaign for the Castle Lager Cup as they hosted the Bulawayo Chiefs at the National Sports Stadium this past Sunday.
However, the game didn’t go in their favor as they had hoped for as they lost to Bulawayo Chiefs 2-3 in the eleventh hour.
The game kicked off at 8 mins past 3 pm at National Sports Stadium.
It was until 15 mins since the game kicked off that the first goal of the game was scored by the BYO Chiefs’ Ninja, Mthokozisi Msebe who was assisted by Farau Matare.
11 mins later, Dembare pulled one back from the controversial penalty kick.
During the 30mins of the game, Msebe had another opportunity to score but it was blocked by the Dynamos wall.
Three minutes from halftime, Felix Moyo assisted by Mthokozisi Msebe changed the goal score as they scored another score.
After a yellow card was issued to Dynamos during the 56 minutes of the game. Ninja ‘Ayanda Ncube’ was also offered his yellow card in 59 minutes.
In 77 minutes, Dynamos sealed another goal which was going to end the game in a draw.
However, the header which was made by Mthokozisi Msebe denied the match to ending in a draw. As it allowed Ninjas to score the goal of the match.
Another match that headlined the news between, Yadah FC and Highlanders FC.
In the same spirit of victory, the Highlanders defeated the Miracle Boys by two goals.
Allowing Bosso to climb the ladder to the top 5 positions.
It was Calvin ‘Kung Fu Panda’ Chigoriero, who motivated the team to its victory.
