This week all teams are expecting to clinch at least three points from their games. However for them to be successful they need to beat their opponents and defend themselves.
The Ninja Chiefs and Highlanders held their weekly press conferences early same day in their traditional venues.
The two teams are playing earlier this week on Friday, after Simba Bhora and Yadah Fc faced each other at the National Sports.
Ninjas are facing a wounded FC Platinum, who are planning to rise up from the dust they got themselves in this past Sunday after they were defeated by Highlanders after 10 years.
While the Bulawayo Chiefs are hoping to secure their first three points since the start of the league.
Their last match was against Chipembere (Black Rhinos) at Luveve stadium and they registered a disappointment.
Bulawayo Chiefs coach said ,they are believing in picking up a point in their match against FC Platinum.
“Picking a point from a game especially after a rebuilding exercise for these boys is better than losing because you have something to build on for the next game.
“It’s a big game we have ahead of us against the champions but all in all the squad is ready because they know what awaits them FC Platinum is a good team,” said Coach Sweswe.
Mean while, Simba Bhora picked their three points when they played with Yadah FC. Mandinyenya scored the only goal of the match.
Highlanders are hoping to acquire more three points this week as they face of with Chicken inn at Barbourfields stadium .
