Another Nigerian songbird to light up Harare

Just as the nation bade farewell to Nigerian singer Minister GUC for an Independence Day concert,
Zimbabwe’s stage will shine a spotlight on Nigerian gospel songstress Ada Ehi. The concert is slated
for the 6th of May at the Harare International Conference Centre.

This will not be Ada Ehi’s first performance in Zimbabwe, she previously performed in Harare in 2017
alongside Pastor Chris Oyakhilome when he paid a visit to the nation.

Supporting performers include Janet Manyowa, Ellard and Sharon Cherayi, Minister Michael
Mahendere, Everton Mlalazi and Nyasha Mutonhori.

Born Ada Ogochukwu Ehi she began performing professionally at only ten years of age and was once
a member of the Christ Embassy Choir which gave her the opportunity to tour the world. Her song
“Everything” enjoyed a run on the famed Gospel Great Top 20 Countdown on the nation’s largest
commercial station Star FM. The organizers (Gateway Stream) have reported that early bird tickets
have all been sold out.
