Nigeria is building an urban development similar in size to New York’s Manhattan or similar to the UAE, that will thriving, state of the art businesses, residential districts, with borrowed 15min City concepts, and it will be known as an Eco-Atlantic City, situated in coastal city of Victoria Island next to Lagos Nigeria.
