Tariro holds a diploma in Personnel Management, an Honours Degree in Sociology and Gender Studies, and a Master of Science in Development. She is the founder and proprietor of TNG Music, an organization focused on arts, events, and promotions, where she actively supports and promotes emerging artists, providing them with essential platforms and growth opportunities. Additionally, she leads the Magitare Africa Trust, a social enterprise dedicated to advancing the creative economy. As a project manager, Tariro’s dedication to nurturing creativity and talent is further highlighted by her role as the manager of the prestigious Stanbic Jacaranda Music Festival.

Her passion for capacity building in the arts has established her as a respected thought leader within the creative industry.
