From one throne to another, this is the lifestyle of reigning Mister International Zimbabwe, Whatmos Manamike, also known as SONz Manamike.

King Manamike was crowned last month as Mister Zimbabwe International during a pageant ceremony held in Bulawayo, succeeding former King Trevor Nhidza.

In his modeling career, Manamike is no stranger to winning titles. He has previously claimed titles such as Mr. Winter-Kwekwe 1st runner-up and Mister Teen Zimbabwe International King 2022. It’s clear that he is destined for a royal path in the modeling sector.

In an exclusive interview with My Afrika Magazine, King Manamike shared that his primary reason for participating in Mister Zimbabwe International was to leverage the platform for greater impact.

“I joined the race for Mister Zimbabwe International 2024 because I wanted to challenge myself and push beyond my comfort zone. As a passionate advocate for social change and community development, I saw this platform as an opportunity to amplify my voice and make a more significant impact,” said Manamike.

He expressed gratitude to everyone who supported him on his journey to the Mister Zimbabwe International throne, acknowledging that his success was made possible through the support of the public, family, and friends.

“Thank you to my family and friends for their unwavering support, and thank you to the judges and organizers for the incredible opportunity,” Manamike said.

The reigning Mister Zimbabwe International views his title and crown not just as symbols of his achievements but as a reminder that anything is possible with hard work, determination, and heart.
