President Ruto recently held consultative meetings at the State House in Nairobi with Members of Parliament from Samburu, Turkana, and Kakamega counties to discuss the government’s development agenda. During these meetings, they explored initiatives tailored to meet the specific needs of each county, focusing on critical areas such as affordable housing, the establishment of fresh produce markets, ICT hubs, electricity connectivity, and water and irrigation projects.

The President expressed his commitment to affordable housing, a key component of the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda, which aims to make decent housing accessible to all Kenyans.
