Global TikTok sensation Khaby Lame has entered a landmark $900 million acquisition and strategic partnership deal with US-listed Rich Sparkle Holdings, marking one of the largest commercial transactions ever involving a social media creator or influencer.
The deal grants Rich Sparkle exclusive global commercial rights to the Khaby Lame brand for an initial 36-month period, while positioning the Senegalese-born creator as a controlling shareholder. The pushes a major shift from traditional influencer marketing to equity-driven creator commerce.
A standout feature of the agreement is the development of a hyper-realistic AI “digital twin” of Lame, enabling brands to run campaigns across multiple markets without his physical presence. Analysts say the innovation addresses long-standing limitations in influencer marketing, including time, travel and availability. It opens a door to generational wealth, through time and the ever changing digital world.
The transaction was completed on January 23, 2026.
