With just a few hours left before Zimbabwe hosts the second edition of the prestigious Misters of Zimbabwe pageant on March 28 at Casino Marina, Longcheng Plaza in Harare, event organizers have made an exciting announcement regarding the ceremony’s hosts.

Renowned model Reginald Mugoto, a former Mr. Supra-Global Zimbabwe, will co-host the event alongside Yollanda Chimbarami, the reigning queen of Zimbabwe’s modeling scene. Both bring extensive experience to the stage.

In an exclusive interview, event co-director Chris Ncube confirmed the selection and highlighted Chimbarami’s dynamic presence and award-winning talent.

“Yollanda Chimbarami is a multi-faceted beauty queen who has represented Zimbabwe on international platforms. She is also a voice-over artist and a transformational leader behind the ‘Help a Child, Save a Nation’ campaign. Her influence is immense—she’s a well-loved and popular queen. This makes her the perfect host for the evening. Her fun and engaging personality will set the perfect mood for the night, and I have no doubt we made an excellent decision,” said Ncube.

Speaking to My Afrika Magazine, Chimbarami expressed her excitement about co-hosting the event. She also emphasized her commitment to making the contestants feel at ease, drawing from her experience as a model, pageant judge, and host.

Chimbarami has earned numerous pageant titles, including Miss World Zimbabwe 1st Runner-Up and Miss Harare. Beyond the runway, she is also an accomplished actress and voice-over artist, best known for her commanding voice in the Supa Strikas animation series. Additionally, she is a passionate advocate for girls’ rights and empowerment.
