Hillary Mandaba was coronated as the newly crowned Misters of Zimbabwe title holder during an event filled with glitz and glamour.

Modeling enthusiasts from across the country traveled from as far as Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls, and other parts of the country to witness the coronation of the first-ever Misters of Zimbabwe. The ceremony took place at the luxurious Beitbridge Inn.

In an exclusive interview with the newly crowned king, he expressed gratitude to the event hosts and the country for providing a platform to uplift young male models. Hillary Mandaba further added that he felt honored to be appointed as the Misters of Zimbabwe title holder and to be entrusted with the responsibilities associated with the title.

“I am thrilled to have been crowned the winner of the Misters of Zimbabwe competition. I feel incredibly honored and humbled to have been chosen,” said Mandaba.

When asked about his most memorable event during the preliminaries, Mandaba mentioned the multimedia category, for which he won an award. He described the category as recognizing the power of social media in our daily lives and emphasized its ability to connect people and ideas.

“My favorite category of the preliminaries was the Multimedia award. I think this category is important because it recognizes the power of social media and its ability to connect people and ideas. I love using social media to communicate with my fans and to share my passions and my story. I also believe that social media can be a force for good, and I am always trying to use it in a positive way,” said Hillary Mandaba.

The first runner-up in the Misters of Zimbabwe competition was the award-winning model and photographer, Mzolisi Zibusiso Mtshayisa from Bulawayo, while the second runner-up was Royce Gavi, also from Bulawayo.

Among those in attendance were Miss Eco Tourism Zimbabwe, Queen Boi Tsepo, and Mister Africa International 1st runner-up/Mister Africa International Zim, King Future Nyoni.

The organizers of Misters of Zimbabwe have yet to announce the specific duties of the models and their participation in international competitions.
