Accra is gearing up for one of the biggest nights in Ghana’s entertainment calendar as the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, powered by Smirnoff, takes center stage at the Palms Convention Centre on Saturday, November 29, 2025.

The road to the awards has already been buzzing with excitement, thanks to the ongoing Pub Fest tour. Fans have so far been thrilled at Kona Lounge in Accra, Bamobi Lounge in Winneba, and Signature Lounge in Tema, each stop serving as a vibrant preview of the electrifying energy that awaits on awards night.

Next up is Swagger Night in Takoradi, which will not only host the Pub Fest but also mark the inaugural Ghana DJ Clinic at the Atlantic Hotel. This groundbreaking initiative will gather DJs, aspiring talents, and industry leaders for mentorship, skill-building, and important conversations about the future of Ghana’s DJ culture.

With exactly 100 days to go, anticipation is reaching fever pitch. Over the past decade, the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards has established itself as the ultimate celebration of Ghanaian DJs— the sound shapers and cultural curators behind parties, concerts, and events nationwide.

This year’s edition promises to be bigger than ever. Highlife star Kwabena Kwabena and Dancehall heavyweight Samini have already been confirmed as headline performers, with more big names expected to be announced. On the decks, fans can look forward to masterful sets from reigning DJ of the Year, DJ Lord OTB, as well as DJ Vyrusky, DJ Sly King, AD DJ, DJ Phantom, and many more.

Organizers Merqury Republic say the build-up will be filled with 100 days of activations, music experiences, and fan engagement across the country, all leading to the spectacular November finale.
