AS: It feels surreal and deeply humbling. This title is more than a crown it’s a responsibility. I’m grateful for the chance to carry it with pride, and I’m excited to use it as a platform to inspire and uplift others along the way.
TR: You’ve had previous experience in pageantry, having been a finalist in Mister Global. How does this experience compare to your journey in Mister Manhunt South Africa?
AS: Mister Global was an incredible learning curve that taught me resilience and gave me perspective. Mister Manhunt South Africa, however, has been about stepping into my own with greater confidence and clarity. Both journeys shaped me, but this one feels like a true reflection of the person I’ve grown into.
TR: What inspired you to participate in Mister Manhunt South Africa, and what did you hope to achieve?
AS: I was actually scouted by the national director, and that opened the door for me to step into this opportunity. What inspired me to accept was the chance to be part of a platform that values not just appearance, but ambition, purpose, and influence. I wanted to prove that with authenticity and hard work, you can reach new heights.
TR: As Mister Manhunt South Africa, what platform or cause do you plan to advocate for, and why is it important to you?
AS: I plan to advocate strongly for men’s mental health and to uplift the male modeling industry in South Africa. Both of these areas are often overlooked, yet they carry incredible potential to change lives, break stigmas, and create new opportunities.
