The executive team is led by President Daniel Kuwengwa, with Ajusa Willta as Vice President, Linet Nyakunu as Secretary, Luke Garikai as Treasurer, Patience Chisekochevana as Technical Director, and Angelica Garira as Marketing Director. The ZFSA operates on five strategic pillars: FootGolf Development, Development through FootGolf, FootGolf Diplomacy, FootGolf Entrepreneurial, and FootGolf Tourism.

To ensure inclusivity, the association offers programs tailored for beginners, children, teenagers, women, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
