Not just a businessman, J.W. is a visionary leader who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. With a track record of starting over 20 companies, he has a unique ability to turn ideas into successful ventures. His latest endeavor, ZimWorX, employs 1300 team members across the globe, and as a founding Member of the American Chamber of Commerce Zimbabwe, speaks of his desire to connect people through meaningful partnerships and individual trust.

ZimWorX is a testament to the power of vision and entrepreneurship by J.W. and Zimbabwean property guru and business leader, Kenneth Sharpe, ZimWorX has grown from a small team of eight in 2017 to nearly 1,300 team members as of February 2024, with a vision is to employ 20,000 team members by December 2032.

The idea for ZimWorX was born out of a chance meeting between J.W. and Kenneth at the “Rendezvous” Christian Marriage Conference in Curacao in 2015. A year later, while vacationing in Italy, the two entrepreneurs decided to create Global BP Solutions, later renamed ZimWorX. The company provides remote and virtual teams and administrative support, helping businesses find skilled talent globally.

Beyond his entrepreneurial and philanthropic pursuits, J.W. is an avid adventurer. He has completed two half Ironman races, fourteen half marathons, and treks to remarkable destinations like Machu Picchu and Everest Base Camp. He is also an ordained minister, a speaker, author, podcast host, and a devoted family man.

J.W. remains committed to charitable initiatives worldwide, actively working to uplift underprivileged communities and promote sustainable development. This is done through The51, J.W.’s pledge to give 51% of all profits to impactful ministries and community development programs around the world. Some of the projects they’ve worked on include water well construction, classroom and technology center establishment, sewing programs, reading initiatives, and farming projects. Each endeavor reflects J.W.’s mission to empower communities and foster self-sufficiency.

J.W. and Lori also Global Impact, an initiative focused on sustainable development in Africa and Haiti. Following the devastation caused by hurricanes in Haiti, the couple has been committed to rebuilding efforts since 2016. They work closely with local students, ensuring their health and welfare, while partnering with schools and mission groups to enhance education and community resilience. These initiatives underscore J.W.’s vision for making a lasting difference globally through compassion, innovation, and action.
